Campaign 1｜12-Second Challenge

Campaign Period and Eligibility

1. The Campaign runs from 1 October to 30 November 2026.
2. The Campaign is open only to Business Class, First Class, Royal Diamond and Golfzon Diamond members whose memberships remain valid and active.
3. All GOLFZON HK employees are prohibited from participating in the Challenge or operating the timer on behalf of any customer. Any such result will be void, and no prize will be awarded.
4. A single same-day transaction of HK$250–HK$499 in GOLFZON Dollars entitles the member to one attempt.
5. A single same-day transaction of HK$500 or above in GOLFZON Dollars entitles the member to two attempts.
6. Each member may participate a maximum of two times per day across all GOLFZON HK locations.
7. Only a single same-day receipt will be accepted. Receipts may not be combined.
8. Primary and supplementary cardholders may participate separately using their respective eligible receipts.

Challenge and Rewards

9. Participants must stop the timer by instinct. The result shown on the timer will be final.
10. Photos or videos must be taken by GOLFZON HK staff during the Challenge for verification. If a valid photo or video record cannot be completed, the result will not be accepted.
11. Once the timer is activated, the attempt will be regarded as used. No retry or replacement attempt will be offered due to accidental activation, operational error or failure to complete the required photo or video recording.
12. A result between 11.90–11.99 seconds or 12.01–12.10 seconds will receive one HK$30 GOLFZON DOLLAR Cash E-Voucher.
13. A participant who records exactly 12.00 seconds once will receive one Premium Prize.
14. A participant who records exactly 12.00 seconds twice consecutively using the same eligible same-day receipt will receive one Ultimate Prize.
15. Each membership may receive a maximum of one Premium Prize and one Ultimate Prize during the Campaign Period.
16. Each location will offer a maximum of two Premium Prizes and one Ultimate Prize on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

Prize Collection and Other Arrangements

17. Once selected, a prize cannot be changed, cancelled, returned or exchanged. If a selected prize is unavailable, GOLFZON HK reserves the right to provide a prize of a similar type or equivalent value.
18. The actual brand, model, colour and specifications of each prize are subject to availability. All images are for reference only.
19. Physical prizes will be distributed after the Campaign and made available for collection no later than 18 December 2026.
20. Winners must inspect their prizes upon collection. Any product issue must be reported in person at a GOLFZON HK location within three days of receiving the collection notice. GOLFZON HK will not be responsible after the prize has been signed for and removed from the location, or after the reporting period has expired.
21. Prizes will be held for 30 days from the date of notification. Failure to collect a prize within this period will be regarded as forfeiture, without replacement or compensation.
22. Physical prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts. No warranty, maintenance, repair or after-sales service will be provided by GOLFZON HK.
23. The member’s membership must remain valid and active when the prize or E-Voucher is issued. Otherwise, the reward will be forfeited without replacement or compensation.
24. In the event of equipment malfunction, the decision of the on-site GOLFZON HK staff will be final.
25. GOLFZON HK reserves the right to disqualify any participant and recover any rewards issued in cases of fraud, dishonesty or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

HK$30 GOLFZON DOLLAR Cash E-Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. The E-Voucher expires on 31 December 2026.
2. The E-Voucher is valid at all GOLFZON HK locations.
3. The E-Voucher is valid only for Private Room and 4K Private Room services, Practice Bay services, Party Packages and selected beverage purchases.
4. The E-Voucher is not valid for package offers, time-slot offers, other vouchers, food, golf products or any course-related transactions.
5. The E-Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash, no change will be given, and it cannot be exchanged for other gifts.
6. The E-Voucher may be used together with the Birthday Month Offer.
7. The E-Voucher is for use by the registered member only. A valid membership number must be presented.
8. Upon redemption, the E-Voucher will be deducted directly from the member’s account by the system.
9. There is no limit on the number of these Cash E-Vouchers that may be used in a single transaction. Multiple Cash E-Vouchers may be used together.
10. The E-Voucher must be presented before payment.
11. Expired E-Vouchers will become void and will not be reissued by GOLFZON HK.
12. In case of any dispute, the decision of GOLFZON HK shall be final.

Club Points Terms

1. New memberships, member referrals, HK$8,800 membership renewals and HK$5,000 account recharges are not eligible for the Club Points Bonus.
2. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with the Membership Offer Bottom Line.
3. Club Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other gifts.
4. The issuance and use of Club Points are subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the GOLFZON HK Membership Programme.

Distribution Arrangements

1. The Campaign runs from 1 October to 30 November 2026.
2. The offer is available only to Business Class and First Class members.
3. Primary and supplementary cardholders are regarded as one membership.
4. Each membership will receive one 12% OFF E-Voucher in each phase.
5. Phase 1 distribution and validity period: 1–31 October 2026.
6. Phase 2 distribution and validity period: 1–30 November 2026.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Unless otherwise specified, all offers, prizes and gifts are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
2. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
3. All Campaign images are for reference only. Actual products, models, colours and specifications are subject to availability.
4. GOLFZON HK reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any part of the Campaign due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
5. All participants, by entering, agree to authorize the Company (GOLFZON HK) to use photos and videos of the challenge/award ceremony on its official website, social media (such as Facebook, Instagram), and promotional platforms for publicity and promotional purposes.
6. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
7. GOLFZON HK reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
