Terms & Conditions:

1. Each contestant participating in the HK Airline (World Golf Tour) Tournament must complete at least ONE round of 18 holes at one of the following locations: GOLFZON Causeway Bay, Lai Chi Kok, or Admiralty (Hong Thai Golf Centre). The tournament will take place from 28 October 2024 to 16 December 2024, with the opportunity to advance to the Final Stage.

Stage 1: 28 October 2024 – 17 November 2024 | Course: Sir James CC (Thailand)

Stage 2: 18 November 2024 – 8 December 2024 | Course: Sir James CC (Thailand)

Final Stage:

Date: December 16, 2024 (Monday)
Location: GOLFZON
Causeway Bay Time: 19:00 – 23:00
Course: Yen Dung Resort & Golf Club (Vietnam)
Format: Stroke Play (with handicap)

2. The HK Airline (World Golf Tour) Tournament is open to GOLFZON members and invited guests of HK Airline. All participants must have a GOLFZON ID to enter (GOLFZON will assist with entry details).

3. Contestants may play an unlimited number of rounds within each stage to achieve their lowest round score for qualification to the Final Stage.

4. Only the lowest score from each stage will be considered.

5. The total of the lowest scores from each stage will determine the overall strokes required to advance to the Final Stage.

6. Tournament Format:

The HK Airline (World Golf Tour) Tournament will feature three divisions and will be conducted exclusively in GLF Mode.
Division A: GOLFZON handicaps [Diamond 1, 2, 3]
Division B: GOLFZON handicaps [Platinum 1, 2, 3; Gold 1, 2, 3; Silver 1, 2, 3; Bronze 1, 2, 3]
Players will confirm their handicap level after the first round of the tournament, which will determine their division (A or B) for subsequent stages. – Each player’s division classification will be established based on their performance in the first round and will remain fixed throughout the tournament until the Final Stage.
Each division will participate in at least one stage, with the top gross score players qualifying for the Final Stage.
The top 6 players from Division A and the top 6 players from Division B in each stage will qualify to compete in the Final Stage.
If a player has already qualified for the Final Stage from one of the stage, there will be no duplicate qualifications; the next best gross score player will fill the spot.
Stages 1 and 2 of the HK Airline Golf Tournament will follow a stroke play format.
The Final Stage will also employ a stroke play format with handicap calculations; the handicap will be determined as the average of the outcomes from each stage.
Each stage winner will be determined by the net score using the “New New Peoria Handicap System.”
In the event of a tie in total scores, a count-back method will be employed to determine qualifying spots for the Final Stage.
The Final Stage will be formatted based on net scores.

Putting Concede: 1.09 Yards (Aim alignment cannot be use on Green during putting)

Double Par Mode: Enable

8. Players (Rules and T&C)

All players should follow the guidelines on the Golf Tour HK rules.
Rule Officials has the right to dispose players round if player is not following the game rules.
Final Result is according to the GOLFZON VISION system display with the Rule Officials penalty.
Players are allowed to place golf club on bunker during hitting bunker shots.
Double par is the maximum numbers of strokes allowed for each hole.
Player can only use GOLFZON provided golf balls to play the tournament.
When the ball is on the Green, player must use putter to play only.
When player hitting their shots, Spectator and other players should stay away from the swing area.
Spectator & Players are not allowed to disturb, shout during players hitting the ball.
If there’s a tie in total score, a count back method will be used to determine the winner for the final tournament.
In case of disputes or there is any inconsistency or conflict, the decision of GreenLive Enterprises Ltd & Hong Thai Golf Centre Ltd, shall be final.

9. Players (Booking limitation)

Player must follow GOLFZON HK booking guidelines.
Booking limit for tournament usage/room:

◼ One player could play for 1.5 hours

◼ Two players could play for 2 hours

◼ Three players could play for 3 hours

◼ Four players could play for 4 hour

Terms and conditions for using the promotion code

1). The use of this promotion code is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By purchasing Hong Kong Airlines (HX) air ticket and applying the exclusive and designated promotion code distributed by Hong Kong Airlines (“the Code”) from 25^th November 2024 to 16^th December 2024 (Hong Kong time) via Hong Kong Airlines official website, you shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2). The Code shall be redeemed from 25^th November 2024 to 16^th December 2024 (both dates inclusive) (Hong Kong time) only.

3). 4). The Code is applicable to the sub-class of D/J/Z/I for business class and the sub-class of L/M/N/S/X/Q/T/V/W for economy class.

5). The Code is only applicable to 20KG “Main Fare” product; the code is not applicable to 0KG “Basic Fare” product and 30KG “Flexiplus” Fare product.

6). The Code is not available for any flights with departure within 3 days.

7). A maximum of 5 passengers (adult/child) in one booking can enjoy the discount by using the Code.

8). Air ticket purchased with application of the Code is valid on selected flights and dates. No-show fee, re-booking fee, re-routing fee and refund fee are subject to fare rules as applicable to each destination.

9). The Code is applicable to flights marketed and operated by Hong Kong Airlines (HX) as scheduled from time to time. Not available for special flights, chartered flights or code-share flights.

10). The Code can only be applied to the net fare of the air ticket but not include the applicable government and airport taxes/fees/charges, fuel surcharge(s) and carrier surcharge(s).

11). The Code should be inserted at the time of purchasing the air ticket via the Hong Kong Airlines official website; otherwise the Code cannot be redeemed and unable to enjoy the discount.

12). The Code is only available for Hong Kong Airlines official website and shall be settled in its local currency.

13). Hong Kong Airlines will not be liable for any matter or loss in relation to any error or omission due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues.

14). Bookings are not completed or accepted by Hong Kong Airlines until payment has been received and a booking reference has been issued.

15). The Code, non-transferable, cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash, credits, other goods or services. No change will be given. Transferring, selling or exchanging the Code by any means are strictly prohibited. If found, the value of the relevant Code will be forfeited. Violators shall be liable for losses suffered or incurred by Hong Kong Airlines and/or Alipay Payment Services (HK) Limited.

16). The air ticket with the Code is subject to Hong Kong Airlines’ booking agreement and may change without prior notice.

17). The application of the Code is subject to change without prior notice and liability.

23). Hong Kong Airlines reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

24). If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

25). In the event of any dispute regarding any of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of Hong Kong Airlines shall be final.

26). These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
