General terms:
  1. Membership Transferring Fee: HKD500
  2. This rate card is adjustable according to current operation and marketing conditions, 10% as annual increment ceiling.
  3. The service package is only for Business Class & First Class to purchase.
  4. Tsim Sha Tsui East branch exclusively offers 4K Private Rooms only, standard Private Rooms are not available.
  5. 4K Party Package Pricing: 4K Party Package is available at an additional cost of $200 over the standard Party Package price, totaling HK$1,780 for 4 hours across all branches.
  6. Club Management Fee will be deducted automatically from membership account on the first working day of the month (if applicable).
  7. This rate card is valued until 31-Dec-2024.
  8. GreenLive Enterprises Ltd., Hong Thai Golf Centre Ltd. & AYES GOLF / GOLDEN FAIRWAY LTD reserve all rights to adjust pricing for content, green fees, and items listed above without prior notice.
  9. In case of any dispute,GreenLive Enterprises Ltd., Hong Thai Golf Centre Ltd. & AYES GOLF / GOLDEN FAIRWAY LTD reserve the rights of the final and conclusive decision.
Putt View:

  1. No additional discounts are available for any membership.

  2. Reservations are mandatory, with a maximum booking of 60 minutes and a minimum of 30 minutes per session.

  3. Cancellations or amendments to reservations must be made at least 3 hours in advance; otherwise, a reservation fee will apply.
