GOLFZON HK x HKA 18週年高爾夫錦標賽條款及細則：
1.所有參加香港航空（世界高爾夫巡迴賽）比賽的選手，必須在以下其中一個地點完成至少一輪18洞比賽：GOLFZON銅鑼灣、荔枝角或金鐘（康泰高爾夫中心）。比賽將於2024年10月28日至2024年12月16日舉行，並有機會晉級決賽。
- 第一階段：2024年10月28日 – 2024年11月17日 | 球場：Sir James CC (泰國)
- 第二階段：2024年11月18日 – 2024年12月8日 | 球場：Sir James CC (泰國)
決賽：2024年12月16日（星期一）
- 地點：GOLFZON銅鑼灣分店
- 時間：19:00 – 23:00
- 球場：Yen Dung Resort & Golf Club (越南)
- 賽制：桿數比賽（帶讓桿）
2. 香港航空（世界高爾夫巡迴賽）比賽對GOLFZON會員和香港航空的邀請嘉賓開放。所有參賽者必須擁有GOLFZON ID參加（GOLFZON將協助辦理登記詳情）。
3. 選手可在每階段內進行無限次比賽，以取得最低的比賽分數，進而獲得晉級決賽的資格。
4. 每階段只計算最低分數。
5. 每階段最低分數之總和將決定晉級決賽所需的總桿數。
6. 比賽賽制：
- 香港航空（世界高爾夫巡迴賽）比賽將設有三個組別，並僅在GLF模式下進行。
- A組：GOLFZON Handicap等級[鑽石1、2、3]
- B組：GOLFZON Handicap等級[白金1、2、3；金1、2、3；銀1、2、3；銅1、2、3]
- 選手將在比賽的首輪確認其讓桿等級，以確定後續階段所屬組別（A組或B組）。
- 各選手的組別分類將根據其首輪表現確立，並在比賽期間保持不變直至決賽。
- 各組至少參加一個階段，比賽總桿數最高的選手將獲得晉級決賽資格。
- 每階段的前6名選手（A組和B組）將晉級決賽。
- 若選手已在其中一階段獲得決賽資格，不會重複資格；名次將由下一位選手遞補。
- 第1、2階段的比賽將採用桿數賽制。
- 決賽亦將採用桿數賽制，並計算平均讓桿，讓桿將基於各階段的平均分數。
- 每階段的冠軍將根據淨桿數使用「新新貝奧利亞讓桿系統」決定。
- 若出現總分打平情況，將採用回推制決定晉級名次。
- 決賽將基於淨桿數進行。
7. 設置：
- 男子藍T、女子紅T；難度：專業；揮桿板：硬
- 天氣：晴；風速：正常
- 果嶺條件：正常；推桿讓推距離：1.09碼（推桿時不可使用對準功能）
- Mulligan：0次；雙柏模式：啟用
8. 參賽者（規則和條款）：
- 所有選手應遵循高爾夫巡迴賽香港規則。
- 比賽官員有權取消未遵守比賽規則的選手的回合。
- 比賽最終結果根據GOLFZON VISION系統顯示和比賽官員的判罰。
- 打沙坑球時允許將球杆放置於沙坑中。
- 每洞的最大桿數為雙柏。
- 比賽中僅可使用GOLFZON提供的高爾夫球。
- 球在果嶺上時，只能使用推桿。
- 選手揮桿時，觀眾和其他選手應遠離揮桿區域。
- 觀眾及選手不得在選手揮桿時打擾或大叫。
- 若總成績打平，將使用回推制決定最終名次。
- 如有爭議或不一致情況，GreenLive Enterprises Ltd和康泰高爾夫中心的決定為最終決定。
9. 參賽者（預訂限制）：
- 參賽者必須遵守GOLFZON HK的預訂指引。
- 比賽用房間的預訂時間限制：
◼ 一名選手可預訂1.5小時
◼ 兩名選手可預訂2小時
◼ 三名選手可預訂3小時
◼ 四名選手可預訂4小時
Terms and conditions for using the promotion code
1). The use of this promotion code is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By purchasing Hong Kong Airlines (HX) air ticket and applying the exclusive and designated promotion code distributed by Hong Kong Airlines (“the Code”) from 25th November 2024 to 16th December 2024 (Hong Kong time) via Hong Kong Airlines official website, you shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2). The Code shall be redeemed from 25th November 2024 to 16th December 2024 (both dates inclusive) (Hong Kong time) only.
3). The Code is applicable for Hong Kong Airlines (HX) economy class and/or business class (if applicable), roundtrip air ticket originating from Hong Kong to the following destinations via HKSAR-English locale or HKSAR-Traditional Chinese locale of Hong Kong Airlines official website (www.hongkongairlines.com) (but not applicable to multi-stop flights):-

4). The Code is applicable to the sub-class of D/J/Z/I for business class and the sub-class of L/M/N/S/X/Q/T/V/W for economy class.
5). The Code is only applicable to 20KG “Main Fare” product; the code is not applicable to 0KG “Basic Fare” product and 30KG “Flexiplus” Fare product.
6). The Code is not available for any flights with departure within 3 days.
7). A maximum of 5 passengers (adult/child) in one booking can enjoy the discount by using the Code.
8). Air ticket purchased with application of the Code is valid on selected flights and dates. No-show fee, re-booking fee, re-routing fee and refund fee are subject to fare rules as applicable to each destination.
9). The Code is applicable to flights marketed and operated by Hong Kong Airlines (HX) as scheduled from time to time. Not available for special flights, chartered flights or code-share flights.
10). The Code can only be applied to the net fare of the air ticket but not include the applicable government and airport taxes/fees/charges, fuel surcharge(s) and carrier surcharge(s).
11). The Code should be inserted at the time of purchasing the air ticket via the Hong Kong Airlines official website; otherwise the Code cannot be redeemed and unable to enjoy the discount.
12). The Code is only available for Hong Kong Airlines official website and shall be settled in its local currency.
13). Hong Kong Airlines will not be liable for any matter or loss in relation to any error or omission due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues.
14). Bookings are not completed or accepted by Hong Kong Airlines until payment has been received and a booking reference has been issued.
15). The Code, non-transferable, cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash, credits, other goods or services. No change will be given. Transferring, selling or exchanging the Code by any means are strictly prohibited. If found, the value of the relevant Code will be forfeited. Violators shall be liable for losses suffered or incurred by Hong Kong Airlines and/or Alipay Payment Services (HK) Limited.
16). The air ticket with the Code is subject to Hong Kong Airlines’ booking agreement and may change without prior notice.
17). The application of the Code is subject to change without prior notice and liability.
18). Fortune Wings Club (FWC) members are eligible for FWC points accrual. Points credit will be based on actual flown distance and booking class and is subject to FWC’s terms and conditions which is available at https://www.hongkongairlines.com/en_HK/FFP/member-privileges/clubtiers.

22). The General Conditions of Carriage published by Hong Kong Airlines apply (subject to change from time to time) and are available on Hong Kong Airlines’ website.
23). Hong Kong Airlines reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
24). If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
25). In the event of any dispute regarding any of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of Hong Kong Airlines shall be final.
26). These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
